Healthier Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 bag yukon gold potatoes1 lb bacon5 stalks celery, sliced thin1 red onion, diced1 bunch green onions1 24oz container plain greek yogurt1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender, then place in COLD water to cool. Once cool - cut into cubes
Fry bacon until crisp, drain fat. Place in freezer until COLD
add Hidden Valley Ranch to greek yogurt, mx well

Mix all ingredients together, chill in refridgerator for at least 3 hours.
