Deep Fried Cauliflower Florets

1 pkg Cauliflower, thawed3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1 ea Egg1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 tsp spices: Garlic, Cayenne, etc...Dash each Salt & Pepper
1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350F.
2. Whisk together the heavy cream and egg in a bowl.
3. Combine spices with cheese in a freezer bag.
4. Put about a cup of the cauliflower into the egg mixture and coat. Put coated caulifower in the cheese mixture. Close bag and shake to cover.
5. Carefully lift out the cauliflower and drop in hot oil. Fry until golden brown- about 6 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels. Continue with remaining cauliflower.
Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
