Low Carb Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 egg1 T half and half1 scoop chocolate protein powder1/4 t vanilla extract1/4 t almond extract3 T ground flaxseed1 T cocoa powdersweetener to taste (Splenda or stevia)water
Directions
Mix wet ingredients, then add in dry and mix well. Add enough water to reach your desired pancake batter consistency. Cook on a hot skillet as you would regular pancakes.

Serving Size: 4 tiny pancakes or 2 medium ones
