Avocado Chicken Pitas

Ingredients
4 whole wheat pitas2 tbls olive oil1 medium avocado peeled and pitted1 tbls lemon juice1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce2 boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled and seasoned to liking, and cut into strips1 medium tomato chopped2 cups shreddded colby cheese
Directions
1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees
2. brush one side of each pita with oil and place on an ungreased baking sheet
3. bake 12-15 minutes until brown and crisp
4. meanwhile in a small bowl mash the avocado with the lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce
5. spread over the pita, then layer with chicken, tomato and cheese
6. bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts
