Rhubarb Jam w/Sugar

Ingredients
*Rhubarb, 7.5 cup, diced Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Orange Juice,1/3 cup Water, tap, 1/2 cup also add 2 tsp of orange zest and few drops of Red food coloring. Orange juice has to be fresh squeezed as oranges contain natural pectin.
Directions
Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat 30-45 min until thick (mixture will also thicken upon cooling). Store in refridgerator or freezer

Serving Size: recipe says 32 servings but since its jam I think its wayyyy more
