Rhubarb Jam w/Splenda

Ingredients
*Rhubarb, 7.5 cup, diced *Splenda, 2 cupsOrange Juice, 1/3 cupWater, tap, 1/2 cup Orange Zest, 2tspred food coloring
Directions
Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat 30-45 min or until thick. Mixture will thicken upon cooling as well. Store in refridgerator and/.or freezer.
