Asian chicken with raspberry dressing

3-4 chicken breast fillets1 Bottle of Asian sesame and ginger dressing1 Bundle of Romaine lettuce rinsed and shredded2 Tbsp Ken's steakhouse Lite raspberry and pecan dressing
Plan for at least 12 hours ahead! Marinade the chicken in a bowl with the whole bottle of Asian sesame and ginger dressing making sure to cover all chicken. Refrigerate and cover while marinading. After marinading for at least 12 hours, pan fry chicken under med-low heat making sure to turn often and cook all the way through. After thoroughly cooking, move chicken to cutting board and chop into small pieces. In a large bowl shred romaine into small bite size pieces and add chicken. Serve with Ken's steak house Lite Raspberry dressing. Makes 6 servings.
