Gratin de Hoki aux deux pommes

- 400 g Hoki filets- 400 g potatoes, chopped- 2 apples, sliced (with skin!)- 1 onion, finely chopped- 1 cup sour cream- 1 tsp cider vinegar- 0.5 cup hazelnuts, coarsely chopped- salt & pepper- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven at 220C. Lightly grease a gratin dish.
- Boil potatoes in salty water, then purée them with the sour cream. Add pepper to taste and set aside.
- Sauté the hoki filets for 2 mins in olive oil, with the onions and apples. Remove from heat, flake the hoki, and add the cider vinegar.
- Layer the purée on the bottom of a gratin dish, then layer the hoki mixture on top. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
- Bake for 15 mins.
