Lentils (.25c dry), 4 serving (remove)Diced Tomatoes, Canned (.5c), 3.5 serving (remove)Tomato Paste (33g=2T), 1 serving (remove)Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)*Basalmic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)chili powder (2T)
Directions
add all ingredients in crockpot
add 2.5c water
put on high for 4 hours

(used 1.5Q crockpot)
