Sesame Ginger Bok Choy Salad

3 cups thinly sliced bok choy3 cups chopped Napa cabbage1 1/2 large red pepper, sliced1 cup shredded carrots1 cup chopped, seeded cucumber1 cup shelled edamame¼ cup sliced green onions (or green garlic)1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Dress with Sesame Ginger Dressing (not included in calories).
