Gold Medal Self-rising White Flour, 1.25 cup Quarker Yellow Corn Meal, 3/4 cup*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 6 TbspHain, Featherwight Baking Powder, 2 tspMorton Salt Substitute, 3/4 tspMilk, nonfat, 1 cup *Canola Oil, .25 cup Egg, White Only, 1 egg, 2 serving
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients.

Fill 12 muffin pan.

Bake 20 minutes.
