1/2 lb ground sirloin1 egg1/2 C bread crumbssaltpepper1 TBSP olive oil for browning1 Can of Campbell's healthy request sooup1/2 small onion1 cup of mushrooms cut in pieces
Combine sirloin, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Form meatballs about the size of a golf ball (about 8). Brown in olive oil. When browned, add remaining ingredients, simmer until done (about 15 minutes). Serve over noodles or rice, not included in calorie count.
