Ingredients
* Egg white, 10 serving (remove) * *miracle noodles, 24 oz (remove) * *Baby carrots (3 oz ~ 17 carrots), 1 serving (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove) * *Creamy Broccoli Soup (Imagine), 2.5 cup (remove) * *Cheese, Kroger COTTAGE CHEESE, FF 1/2c(113g), 2.5 serving (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove) * *Cheese, Gorgonzola, Reduced Fat (Publix), 2 oz (remove)# *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
blend soup, cheeses, egg whites together
optional add in blender garlic salt onion power salt and pepper put aside
cut up all veggies put aside
drain noodles, wash, pat dry
put veggies in casserole dish sprayed with pam
then noodles
then soupy mixture
light spread and mix
bake for 35 minutes covered at 425
then bake uncovered for 10 mintues
let sit and enjoy
