WMAO Omelet 1

Ingredients
3 oz baby portabella mushrooms2 large eggs1 oz provolone cheese1 clove of minced garlic.
Directions
sautee mushrooms in a little olive oil until cooked, add garlic and sautee a little longer, remove and put aside. add scrambled eggs and cook until mostly firm, add garlic and mushrooms back one half of pan, put cheese on top of muhrooms and garlic and fold one side of eggs over ontop of mushrooms and cheese. heat until cheese is melted.
