Sue's Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

3 1/2 c sour cream1 can mushrooms1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c chopped onion1/2 tsp garlic powder12 flour tortillas2 c boneless chicken (cooked)1/4 c green chilis, canned1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat Oven to 450 F
One hour before serving: spread 1 c sour cream in 9x13in pan and set aside. In 2 quart sauce pan flake chicken, and 1/2 c sour cream, mushrooms, chilis, onions, chili powder, salt, garlic, and black pepper. Cook on low heat until thoroughly heated.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll and put in 9x13in pan on top of sour cream. Spread remainder of sour cream on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
Serve and Enjoy!!!
