Spring Salad

Ingredients
1- package of spring salad mix1-tomato2-carrots1-can of mandarin oranges˝ cup of nuts (sliced almonds or walnuts)Dressing (optional, your choice - I chose Newman's Own Lite Lime Vinaigrette)
Directions
Wash spring vegetable lettuce. Slice tomato and carrots in to bite size portions. Open and drain water from can of mandarin oranges. Place all items in serving bowl and toss. Ready to eat.  Drizzle with dressing, optional.
