Ingredients
1 cup flour whole wheat1/2 cup steel cut oats1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt (I don't usually put it)1/4 cup egg substitute3/4 cup splenda1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 cups mashed bananas1/4 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup fage 0% greek yogurt1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions
mix all ingrediants together and put in a greased muffin tin
