1 baguette1/4 c strawberry preserves-sugar free1/2 c. sliced stemmed strawberries1/4 c. baby spinach2 oz cooked turkey breast, thinly slicedsalt and pepper2 oz gruyere cheese, sliced

2 oz cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
2 oz gruyere cheese, sliced
cut baguette in half horizontally. spread cut surface of bottom half evenly with preserves. arrange strawberries in one layer on top of preserves; layer spinach on top of strawberries. layer turkey on top of spinach, season with salt and pepper. layer cheese on top of turkey; place top of baguette over cheese. cut baguette into 2 equal pieces. heat on griddle or in skillet with weight on top, turning once, about 5min or until cheese is melted and baguette is crusty.
