Grilled pork chops and sweet potato wedges

Ingredients
4 small sweet potatoes 1 1/2 pounds ut into 12 inch wedges1 Tablespoon olive oilkosher salt and pepper2 scallions chopped4 1inch thick bone in Pork chops (about 2 pounds)4 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
cut sweet potato into 1/2 in thick wedges in large bowl toss with 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, grill turning often until tender and slightly charred about 12-14 minutes.
Season meat with salt, pepper & mustard grill until done
