Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
La Banderita soft taco large flour tortillaButter flavored cooking sprayMorningstar breakfast pattyBorden cheddar cheese sliceEgg beatersOnion
Directions
Finely chop onion
Cut cheese slice into small pieces
Microwave breakfast patty and crumble with fork

Sauté finely chopped onion in butter flavored cooking spray until slightly transparent
add breakfast patty and egg beaters
Scramble together until eggs are set

Steam flour tortilla in microwave for about 10 seconds,
turn and add cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted
put egg mixture in center of tortilla

Fold the end of the tortilla from right to left
bring the bottom edge of the tortilla to meet the top edge
pull the top fold and mixture back towards yourself
And complete by rolling burrito upwards
Serve hot.
