Smart Breakfast Sandwich with Soy Sausage

Ingredients
Morning Star Sausage Patty1/2 cup Egg BeatersThomas' English Muffin, multigrain light1/2 slice of low fat American cheese
Directions
On griddle or pan, cook Soy Sausage Patty according to directions. Cook Egg Beaters in a round patty shape (I use a pancake mold for it).
While these are cooking, toast the English Muffin.
(I spray mine with 0 calorie butter spray when it comes out toasted)
When egg & sausage are cooked, place on muffin and add 1/2 slice of cheese.
