Rhubarb Chutney

Ingredients
1 c diced Fresh Rhubarb1/2 c diced Fresh Strawberries1/3 c diced Red Onion1 tsp Olive Oil1/3 c Brown Sugar, unpacked2 tsp Minced Ginger Root (fresh or prepared)1/8 tsp Black Pepper1 TBSP Cider Vinegar1/3 c raisins, unpacked
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until tender--about 3 min. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 min on low. Great with turkey and pork.
