Broiled Tomatoes

Ingredients
6 small/medium tomatoes1 T Olive Oil2 Tbsp Panko Crumbs2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions
slice tomatoes in half horizontally. Line baking pan with foil. Lay tomatoes down cut side up. Drizzle olive oil over all the tomatoes. Cook at 450 for 15 - 20 minutes. You want tomatoes to get soft. Mix Panko crumbs and parmesan cheese. Use spoon to add mixture to top of tomatoes and return to broil until browned on top. Serve hot and enjoy
