Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup of low fat best foods Mayo3/8 Cup Cider Vinegar8 packets of Splenda1 T Mrs Dash Garlic/herb 1 teaspoon Curry1 medium Stalk of Broccoli - 8.5 Oz when cut 1 Med Red Onion1 Cup FF Cheddar Cheese shredded3.5 Oz of almonds chopped or other nuts of your choice
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients and put in frig to chill until salad is done
Cut florettes off broccoli removing as much stem as possible. The stem tends to make it bitter. I used 8.5 Oz after stems were removed. Add Cheese, Onion and nuts. Mix with dressing and chill at least 1 hour to soften broccoli. 1 serving is 3/4 Cup or 105G. If you don't like FF cheese use a low fat cheese and adjust calories.
