Ingredients
Ground sirloin - you can use ground beef, but it will have more fat1T Salt1t pepper1/4 cup Splenda (or sugar, but this changes the nutritional info)1 Can Tomatoes, cut up5 potatoes, cut in cubes1 bag frozen lima beans1 bag frozen mixed vegetables2 cups water
Directions
Brown a pound of ground sirloin until crumbly. Add salt & pepper to the beef.
Add tomatoes and cubed potatoes.
Add 2 cups water and 1/4 cup splenda
Add bag of frozen lima beans and frozen vegetables
