Blue Cheese Pasta

6 oz pasta (Ronzoni Smart Taste rotini)1 medium zucchini sliced (about 1 1/4 cup)1 1/4 cup mushrooms sliced1/2 tbsp basil1/4 cup pine nutsSauce:3 1/2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese flavor4 oz Kraft Philadelphia 1/3 less fat Neufchatel Cheese1/3 cup skim milk
Toast pine nuts in oven (or toaster oven) being very careful not to burn them.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat cream cheese and laughing cow wedges in a pan over low heat while stirring constantly. Add the milk, 1/2 cup of mushrooms, and basil. Cook gently for 2-3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Steam zucchini and rest of mushrooms (3/4 cup) while sauce is cooking.
Stir pasta, veggies, sauce, and pine nuts together in large serving bowl. Serve immediately.
