Penne Pasta with Chicken and Asparagus

Ingredients
1 (16oz. package dried penne pasta3 T. Olive Oil2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts about 1# cut into cubessalt and pepper to taste4 Garlic Cloves minced1/2 c. Low Sodium Chicken Broth1# Asparagus s[ears cut on diagonal into 1-inch pieces1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 mintues. Drain and set aside. Warm a skillet over medium high heat then spray with Pam, and add 1 T. Olive oil. Stir in chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through and browned, about 5 mintues. Remove chicken to paper towels. Pour chicken broth into the skillet. Then stir in asparagus, garlic, mushrooms, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and steam until the asparagus is just tender, about 5-10 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet, and warm through. Stir chicken mixture into the pasta, and mix well. Let sit 5 minutes. Drizzle with 2 T. olive oil, stir again, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
