Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
In a blender add:~3/4 cup of low-fat plain yogurt~2 cups of fresh spinach~1 small banana (I prefer frozen chunks)~1 small container of unsweetened apple sauce OR 1 cup of apple juice~1/2 scoop of whey protien powder (optional)~3-4 ice cubesBlend until smooth and light green in colour...& enjoy
Directions
Put all ingredients, including a few ice cubes, into blender and blend until all spinach is chopped & drink is smooth,not chunky. I freeze my bananas, too, so it is more like a shake consistency...I like it cold and refreshing....yummm....KIDS LOVE IT TOO!

Serving Size: I drink this as my breakfast, but it makes a large drink...could easliy be shared by 2 or 3 people
