10 to 15 slightly overripe bananas, peeled1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powderSplenda, optionalcream, optional
Remove bananas from the freezer and place in the bowl of a food processor.
Add the cocoa powder. Pulse until smooth and
creamy.
If necessary, this can be done in two batches.
Place in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Please be aware this recipe is incorrect. If you use 10 bananas and the cocoa powder the true numbers are 148 cal 1.4g fat 5.3g fiber and 2.6 g protein. ...if you look at the ingredients details the numbers posted here are based on only 1 banana being divided by 8 portions . Author, please revise - 5/9/08

This is a good recipe idea; however, the nutritional info is
incorrect.
I tried one small banana (1/2 cup) with 1 tsp
of cocoa power and 1 tsp of canned milk and it was
tastey.
Using peaches and/or blueberries with bananas is an idea
as well. Frozen bananas in and of themselves are goo - 7/12/11
