High Protein Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Ingredients
3/8 cup old fashioned oats (30 grams)1/2 cup pumpkin, canned1/8 tsp cinnamondash ground clovesdash ground ginger1/2 Tbsp honey or agave nectar1/2 cup no salt added 1% cottage cheese
Directions
Combine oats, pumpkin, spices, and sweetener in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Stir in the cottage cheese. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Let sit for a couple of minutes before eating.

Makes 1 serving.

    Safeway sells it, It's Lucerne brand.
