Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Skim Milk (or soy, almond or rice milk)1 Ripe Banana (or 1 cup frozen)1/2 Cup Fresh/Frozen Blueberries6 oz. of favorite nonfat yogurt
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into blender and pulse until smooth consistency.
2. Pour half into a cup and put the remainder in the fridge for later.
3. (Optional) You can also pour into a container and place in freezer for a frozen treat.
