    This pancake was nice for what it is. They turned out really eggy, but were quite enjoyable with real maple syrup. My toddlers loved them. Next time I'm going to try adding some chopped apple and vanilla extract and using 1/2 c. servings because it only made 4 - 3/4 c. servings. - 4/13/11
