Virgin Mary on Monday

Ingredients
1 cup spicy hot low sodium V82 Tbsp Horseradish1 tsp (or a generous splash) (Jalapeno or regular) Tabasco sauce1/4 tsp celery salt or powder1 tsp minced garlic (or more to taste)Dash dried cilantro and/or basilDash CuminSplash of lime juiceSlice of limeIceCelery is completely optional, although you might need it.
Directions
Measure all ingredients into a measuring cup, whisk. Pour over a glass full of ice. Squeeze a slice of lime over the whole thing and throw it in. Drink. Say *gack*cough* yummy.

(And yes, it's two TABLEspoons of horseradish. I love horseradish. Add it to taste. YMMV.)

This is still kinda high in sodium, but it's got really good *other* numbers, so I think it's worth it. It's a great snack when you are still trying to eat enough veggies.
