Pumpkin Pie Quiche

Ingredients
pumpkin, cottage cheese and egg
Directions
Whip egg whites with a sprinkle cream of tartar. In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese and pumpking, and spices. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
