Honey Jalepeno Sweet Potato Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1.5 Sweet potato, 5" long 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen,1 cup Peas and carrots, frozen4 tbsp Honey6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap,2 Chicken Thighs, bone and skin removed (or boil with bone and remove later)1 Jalepeno- Fresh, diced
Directions
Boil the chicken thigh with or with out bone until it is like shredded chicken inthe water. I boil it with the bone to get that great bone broth and then remove the bone and cartilidge before adding other ingreadients. Once chicken is cooked, add the sweet potatoes and cook until soft, then add remaining ingreadients and cook until frozen veggies are hot.
This soup is really great substitute to your chicken noodle soup and works much better when you have a cold.
