1 (6) pack of chicken thighs1 small onion10 baby carrots2 cloves of garlic1 cup of celery1 red pepper5 tsp of honey1tbsp of cumin3 tbsp of cayenne peppersalt and pepper to taste3 tbsp of thyme3 tbsp of heavy cream
Directions
Brown chicken (skin side down first)
add vegetables
add all spices
add heavy cream
simmer on low for two hours
