Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour, 2 cup (remove)*Shortening, Crisco, 34 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Rhubarb, 2 cup, diced (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)*Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Cut with a pastry blender flour, crisco, and salt until pea size balls. Add cold water and knead into a ball. Roll out on a lightly floured surface. Place one circle in pie plate, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and dump in the pastry shell, top with remaining crust and bake at 475 for 45 minutes until golden brown.
