Rice with Grape Leaves & Feta

Ingredients
1 c. rice, cooked1/4 c. grape leaves, chopped1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled1 t. olive oil
Directions
Mix together and enjoy!

Can add chopped tomatoes for some extra color and flavor.
Might also try some choppped nuts... pine nuts, pecans, walnuts, cashews, almonds, peanuts or ... any kind of nut would probably work well here!

Not done playing with this recipe yet - might also be good stuffed inside a tomato or a bell pepper.
