Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Quinoa10.5 oz grape tomatoes (whole cherub container)2 pieces Frigo light string cheese1/4 Cup olive oil1/4 C balsalmic vinegar2 TBS fresh basil choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the quinoa according to the package. Slice tomatoes in half or quarters. Chop basil. Cut cheese into small cubes. Add all ingredients together and stir until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
