Curry Fish Grill

Ingredients
This will make 4 foil pouches - 4 servings4 - 4oz tilapia filets2 slices thick cut bacon1 red onions sliced thin2 garlic cloves, minced2 Tbsp Curry2 tsp Cumin1/4 cup Skim milkPam cooking spray - butter flavored
Directions
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper to taste
Slice Onion thinly
Mince garlic
cut the 2 strips of bacon in half

Cut 8 -18 inch squares of foil. Spray 1/2 of each double square w/ pam spray. In this order: place 1/4 of the sliced onions, 1/2 garlic minced clove, 4 oz filet, 1/2 slice of bacon. Sprinkle on 1/2 Tbsp Curry and 1/2 tsp cumin (this is to my families tastes). Pour a small amount of milk (no more than an ounce on top. Fold foil over and seal edges with double folds. Wrap again in a second sheet of foil. Package can be placed over hot coals/hot grill. Cook 10-12 minutes. Serves 4.
