one box of betty crocker yellow cake mix (gluten free)2/3 cup of water1/2 cup of applesauce1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg2 teaspoons of vanilla5 egg whites1 cup of shredded carrots (110g)
Directions
combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a mixer.

the batter may be very liquidy but they turn out perfect height and taste delicious

350 degrees for 19 minutes
