Broccoli Casserole

1 bag chopped frozen broccoli1/2 stick unsalted butter1 onion chopped1 package ritz crackers1 cup velveeta cheese1 cup milk
Melt butter in pot, add onions. Sautee until onions are soft. Add milk and velveeta cheese, on med-low heat melt cheese. In another pan cook broccoli to package instructions. Drain Broccoli. Add Broccoli to the mixture and stir in completely. On a plate crush ritz crackers into tiny pieces. Take a baking dish and sprinkle 1/3 ritz on bottom. Add broccoli mix then more ritz and then the rest of the broccoli. You should have just enough ritz to do a thin layer on the top. Bake at 350* for approx 30 min.
