Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients
comine cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro and scallions. In a separate bowl, combine ramen noodles (crushed), butter and flavor packets. Bake noodle mixture for 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees until lightly browned. Allow to cool and combine with cabbage mixture.Dressing: oil, vinegar and splenda. Mix until combined. Pour over salad and stir until coated.
