Ingredients
1 lb beef, chopped medium-fine1 red onion, dicedsoy sauce - 2 Tbsp calculated, season to tastelemon juice - 1 oz calculated, season to tastevinegar - 2 Tbsp calculated, season to taste2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced1/2 Tbsp oil
Directions
Saute beef in oil with onions & peppers. Add sauces, cook down a bit. Serve with rice.
