Pumpkin bread

Ingredients
4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3/4 cup White flour1 cup Granulated Sugar1/4 cup Brown Sugar packed 1 Tbsp ground Cinnamon3/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp Nutmeg fresh grated1/8 tsp ground Cloves1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 dash Salt2 tbsp Canola Oil1 cup canned Pumpkin1/2 cup Unsweetened Soymilk 1/2 tsp lemon juice1 cup raisins or craisins (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add lemon juice to soymilk and let stand for a few minutes. Combine wet ingredients , combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour in greased loaf pan.

Makes one loaf.
