Pesto Marinated Tuna

Ingredients
4 Yellow Fin tuna steaks, approx 6 oz. eachPESTO1/4 lb. fresh basil1/4 C. Pine nuts6 cloves garlic1/2 bunch parsley1/4 C. parmesan cheese1/4 C. olive oilMARINADE1/2 C. olive oilJuice of 1 lemon1/4 C. white winesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In food processor, puree the pesto ingredients. Take 1/2 this mixture and add the marinade ingredients. Marinate the steaks for 30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in refrigerator. Grill the steaks on a hot grill for approx. 2-3 minutes per side. The fish should have a thin line of pink through the middle when properly cooked. Don't overcook. Heat the remaining pesto with 1/2 cup white wine and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over fish.
