Prosciutto, Fontina, and Fig Panini

Ingredients
2 medium slices of italian bread, or some crusty bread.1 oz. thin sliced prosciuttto1 slice,(1 oz) fontina cheese, or good melting cheese.2 arugula leaves1 Tablespoon fig jamOlive oil flavored cooking spray.
Directions
1. Preheat panini grill
2. Top slice of bread with cheese, prosciutto, arugula,
Spread 1 tablespoon of the fig jam on other slice of bread.
Put the two slices together.
Coat the outside with cooking spray.
Place in the panini grill. Cook for 3,or 4 minutes. Or untill golden brown and cheese has melted.
Cut panini in half befor serving.
If there is no panini grill, use a heavy skillet or griddle, place tinfoil on sanwiche and top with another heavy skillet or pan. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes, then turn over and brown the other side.
