Loaded Steak Quesadilla

4 soft taco size shells4 oz bottom round steak1/2 small onion, sliced8 mushrooms, sliced1/2 bell pepper, sliced1 oz swiss cheese, shredded1 oz pepperjack cheese, shredded1 1.25 oz container Grandioso Garlic Sauce
Grill or bake bottom round steak until it reaches your preferred doneness. Remove to a plate, cover with foil, let cool or just put in freezer. While that is cooling, slice all vegetables and grate cheeses together. Once steak is cool, slice into very thin pieces. Mix veggies, sauce, and meat together. Heat an indoor grill. (I use a George Foreman) Lay one tortilla shell on a flat surface, then place 1/4 of cheese mix on bottom, then layer on 1/2 of steak mix, then another 1/4 of cheese. Top with another tortilla shell. Place on foreman grill. Let cook around 5ish minutes. While that is cooking, build 2nd quesadilla. Remove 1st quesadilla, then repeat.
