Baked Pollock

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Pollock3/4c. Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese1/4 c. Melted Brummel and Brown1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Place Pollock fillets in greased baking dish. Spread on the fillets, the mixture of sour crea, parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 30 mintues at 350 degrees.
