Ingredients
1 egg1/4 C rolled oats (dry)1/4 C fat free cottage cheese1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon basilDash oreganoOptional toppings (not in nutritional data)Shredded cheeseSalsaSour crem
Directions
Beat all ingredients together in a small bowl. If needed, add a splash of water or skim milk. Spray a skillet with pan spray and scramble like regular eggs.

OR

Spray a skillet with pan spray, and cook over medium heat like a pancake. Be sure the heat is low enough that the middle gets cooked before the outside burns.

Serve with your choice of toppings!
